Steve Butler is truly local to the Matlock area having lived at Starkholmes. His maternal grandparents and great grandparents lived at Starkholmes and Cromford and worked at Arkwright's Cromford and Smedley's Lea Mills. Steve's first jobs were with Noel Wheatcroft and Sons on Dale Road Matlock and at St. Johns Street Wirksworth. Steve is a past member of Matlock Cycling Club and Matlock Golf Club.

RECENT RICS SURVEY AND VALUATION INSTRUCTIONS
Valuation and survey of a small house by our Bakewell Surveyors at Pomeroy a small village near to Monyash.
